Christmas Colours

After a long blog break, and keen to immerse myself in the New Year, I have spent some time reminiscing about the exciting months just passed by, with Christmas Day and the happy weeks that led up to the momentous occasion.  This was our first Christmas in the same city as my family since our girls were born so it was very special for us to be able to host it in our new home.  We dearly missed my sister and her family who were in Washington, but we have all since been reunited so can enjoy time together again.

...and the pudding was absolutely delicious!

I love the colours captured on Christmas Day, predominantly green and white (much of it provided by nature) with bursts of bright polkadots and stripes.

Oh happy day!
